Early school mentorship program (toward livelihood)
Today’s children are tech savvy but without direction. They have multiple intelligence working but with confusions. As mentors, the responsibility is on every elder to make them worthy of our nation. We need to catch them young and PSEB is running many programs on skill development towards livelihood that give them multiskilling when they grow in their lives.

Soft Skills from the early classes
PSEB believes that soft skills drive the behaviour of the child and instilling such significant skills at the early ages provides psychological support to the child in coping up with the environmental challenges and situation in life. Idea is to grooms future citizens who can make much more out of this life.

Home Schooling through TOSS/NIOS (minimum 10th standard)
As per a recent survey, it is estimated that 54% of the students are dropping out from schools and not finding any avenues further. PSEB has focused on this aspect and bridging the gap between schooling and skilling. These programs would provide succor to the students who have not been able to complete their schooling due to various reasons.

Right to Education & Sports for Every Girl Child
Girls education has always been on the top priority of the Governments. Girl child needs to be made self sustainable both physically, economically and mentally. Every girl child needs some help at some point of their schooling.Understanding and fulfilling this need would go a long way in enabling the girls to become strong women in coming years. PSEB is vehemently working towards this cause.

Ready to adopt any demanding concept duly aligned to this goal
The needs of society are expanding and the involvement of companies to the core beneficiaries is increasing. PSEB will be pleased to adopt any concept thought by the company which would serve the society at large.
