Empowering youth towards employability
PSEB strongly believes that poverty can be eradicated by providing a permanent source of income to the youth by means of employment. It is like teaching them how to do fishing rather than satiating their hunger temporarily by providing fish. These youth once employed would become the pillars of their family in particular and for the society in general.

Hunger support (by means of Food & Ration Distribution)
We cannot teach to an empty stomach. Therefore PSEB vehemently undertakes programs to provide food and ration to the needy and underprivileged who are unable to make a living for themselves. Also, we support those families who are unable to meet their ends, especially with children

Women empowerment
Women cast a strong influence on the Indian society, in maintaining family aspects, upbringing the future citizens, dealing financial transactions at home etc. Keeping this in mind PSEB is striving hard to provide succor to women in terms of skills that earn for their family and also awareness on how to be judicious in utilising the hard earned money. We are conducting workshops for rural women and providing them with necessary support in empowering them on all strides.

Ready to adopt any demanding concept duly aligned to this goal
The needs of society are expanding and the involvement of companies to the core beneficiaries is increasing. PSEB will be pleased to adopt any concept thought by the company which would serve the society at large.
